Melissa Lamon

Hello Everyone!

My name is Melissa Lamon. I have a fiance, Chris, and three children; Zaylee (6th), Aliyah (3rd), and Christopher (K). I have a schnoodle; Rocky and a Giant Schnauzer; Creed. We love to travel and do it often because both of my daughters play travel softball.

This is my very second year of teaching and I am beyond grateful that I am here at MACS! I teach 5th grade RLA/Social Studies. 

I received my Associate of Arts in Teaching, Teacher Education, Multiple Levels from Midland College. I received my Bachelor's degree in Child & Family Studies with a minor in History from the University of Texas-Permian Basin.

Some of my favorite things are Dr. Pepper, the color lavender, fun earrings, eating good food, and traveling!

I am very excited about this year and look forward to getting to know each and every one of you!
