I’m so excited to be your child’s 4th grade Science teacher this year.

About Me:

I am a graduate from The University of Texas at Tyler in Education.  I’m starting my 32nd year in education and 16th year at MACS.  I have taught K-2 PE, 6th grade math, and 1st grade in East Texas before moving to Midland and becoming the librarian at Midland Academy for four years.  I then moved to 3rd grade ELAR/SS for 2 years, 2nd grade Science for 5 years, and 3rd grade Science for 4 years.  This will be my first year in 4th grade Science. 

My family, grandparents and parents, are retired teachers and superintendent, so I come from an educational background. I am also a mother to 1 son who has graduated from UTPB as a music major.  He is going to UTA to get his masters in music composition.   I enjoy learning about God, family time, friends, games, music (especially southern gospel), and jigsaw puzzles .
